Our Birds

We raise Gambel's Quail, California Valley Quail, California Mountain Quail, Mexican Speckled Quail, Chinese Painted Quail, Hungarian Partridges, and Chukars, both grey and albino.

 The information here will be evolving and updating regularly, as we learn more about raising birds for meat and eggs. We sell birds for meat, birds for hunting, and eggs for hatching and eating. On the following pages, there is information about Breeding, Raising, Housing, and Incubating Quail that, so far, works for us. Information about our Products, and great Recipes are included as well.
